Sam I damn am! Another of CFHSV’s gentle beasts that can lift a house and move like a cat. He’s holdin it down on the bikes during R&E. He makes lifts look easy with his easy spirit. Keep slow playin the whole gym with that easy way dude…ya rock!
We’ve got a lot of incredible athletes at CFHSV, but I have yet to see anyone move a barbell as fast as this dude. Sam is naturally gifted with speed, power, strength, and skill, and he’s as nice as you’ll find. I dare you not to love him! ?
