B. 3 rounds for time of:

7 HSPU or 2 wall walks   RX+ strict HSPU

14 SDHP 95/65  RX+115 75   (55 and over 75/55)

7 ring dips   (55 and over hand release push-ups)

400m run

Core Development:

25 GHD sit-ups

25 Military ab-mat sit-ups anchored

25 butterfly ab-mat sit-ups

25 evil wheels or barbell roll outs
