25 Russian KBS  24/16kg   RX+ 32/24kg   (MRX 20/12kg)

25 Military ab-mat sit-ups, anchored   RX+ GHD sit-ups

200m run

20 deadlifts  95/65   RX+ 115/80   (MRX 75/55)

20 hang power cleans  95/65   RX+ 115/80  (MRX 75/55)
