    Chris makes every day a Holliday in the gym. He shows up, warms up, chats it up, flashes that million dollar smile, and then flexes…he sets ya up real smooth like. Chris is as polite and kind a fella you’ll find in the gym. He goes out of his way to make others feel encouraged, appreciated, and then gives a little push so others can reach their potential. Chris is a great CrossFit athlete and can do it all while making it look good. Glad to call this young man friend and always impressed with how he stays fit and kind. Keep Rollin!

    There he is! The picture of consistency. Consistent in effort, attitude, and character. Everyone loves Chris, but the people who know him the best love him the most, and I think that says a lot. He’s always picture perfect and takes pride in the way he moves, never sacrificing form and technique even when he’s deep in the pain cave. He’s a well rounded, highly skilled, and strong athlete. And he’s just a great person who we are fortunate to know and love. It doesn’t get much better than Holladay! Keep rolling, Chris! 😊

    Holladay is too slick in the back of the gym. He makes everything look easy, and he is one awesome dude. Keep it up stud!

    A. 175 (3-2-2). First time BB S2O felt normal. Wanted to work multiple reps S2O to see how it felt. Heaviest I’ve done S2O in a few months.
