rest 2 minutes
10 minutes to build up to a 1RM Squat Snatch
B. 3 Sprint Rounds: For Time:
20 KBS 24kg/16kg RX+ 32kg/24kg (55 and over 20kg/12kg)
10 burpee box jumps 24″/20″ RX+ 30″/24 (55 and over 20″/18″)
5 squat snatch or 5 power snatch to OHS 95/65 RX+135/95 (55 and over 75/55)
Rest 2 minutes
Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds
Score = total time minus 4 minutes rest — note split for each round
