B. Complete the following for time of:
5 squat cleans 185/125
20 pull ups
4 squat cleans 185/125
16 pull ups
3 squat cleans 185/125
12 pull ups
2 squat cleans 185/125
8 pull ups
1 squat clean 185/125
4 pull ups
CFHSV Running & Endurance:
Every 90 seconds sprint 200m, repeat for a total of 6 rounds
Rest 3 minutes then,
4 rounds of: 100m sprints EMOM
Rest 5 minutes then,
3 rounds for time of: 60 second flutter kicks, 90 second plank hold
meet at Randolph Track at 7pm
So what the heck is a 1 and 1/4 front squat????
That is a Full squat then you come up to about parallel and then go back down. Then you fully stand

B. 8:48 scaled to 155 lbs
Heavy clean took away from the pullup. DB is wicked like that.

Unfortunately, I’ll be leaving here in just over a week to go back to school in Nashville and I was wondering if any of you guys knew of a good box in that area. Crossfit Huntsville has been amazing for the short time I’ve been there, and I love to join a box that is similar to it (although it could never match it). If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know! Thanks for the help!
