B) 3+4 @ 275 then a double under induced temper tantrum and self induced rope malfunction (sorry everyone). Finished the 6 minutes alternating between the deadlifts and situps. If was kind of funny cause Dennis came up after and said I kept beating him back to the deadlift bar and he couldn’t catch me. I hated to to tell him my secret, hahaha. Good work everyone.

CrossFit can be such a humbling experience. I was humbled all day long. CFHSV athletes keep up the great work. You all are awesome. Each and every class I was at I was proud of you and humbled. Way to push yourself.
