Core, Shoulder & Handstand Development

3 sets 10 reps Barbell Sit-up to Press
3 sets Handstand Walk 50′, Progressions, Shoulder Taps, Circles around Box, Handstand Hold etc..

    That’s the eye of the tiger right there. Jonathon is a natural athlete who can do it all. And when he decides it’s time to roll….let me tell you…he rolls. Always enjoy a day of training when Jomo is there to throw down! Glad to call him a friend 😁

    Completed rounds of: 20lb-25lb-30lb-35lb-40lb-45lb-50lb-50lb and then 5 more C&J at 50lb
    C. 5 rounds of 20 GHD sit-ups; 1 min static hold after each set
