    Lindsey contemplating life mid-WOD. You can do that when you’re smooth like Lindsey. She dominates that barbell and makes it look like artwork. Lindsey has natural skills with the barbell and she works hard to be good with it. She’s a well rounded athlete but she thrives when moving that weight. Always enjoy seeing Lindsey and getting her slick sense of humor tossed my way. Don’t be fooled cause she’s slick. Keep it up Lindsey 😊

    Lindsey showing off, doing what she does best! This girl is a strong CrossFitter across the board, but she shines anytime there’s a barbell being lifted. She’s worked incredibly hard for all her gains, and she continues to do so day in and day out. She’s got a quiet way about her, but also a sneaky sense of humor that’s always on point. Keep doing your thing, Lindsey! 😃

    Lindsey! Looking cool, calm and collected as always! She can cycle a barbell with the best of them. She’s always putting in extra work and consistently shows up early, even on Sundays. She’s quiet, but don’t let that fool you… her sense of humor is on point and she silently passes people by every single WOD. Lindsey is an awesome athlete that just keeps getting stronger and faster because of the effort she puts in before, during and after class. Keep it up!
