    Jason pullin and catchin weight in the bottom like a seasoned CrossFitter. Jason has been strong in his commitment since joining CFHSV even through the ‘shut down’. He’s smooth and quiet with a great head of hair and beard that I’ve been envious of since his arrival. Jason goes about his business and has developed in strength, skill, and overall fitness. Keep up the great work dude!

    Awesome shots of Jason looking focused and strong! This guy has been committed since day one. He has stayed the course focusing on form and technique along the way, and boy has it paid off! Every time I coach him I’m impressed all over again with the gains he’s made. Way to go, Jason! Keep after it! ?
