The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals or 4min.
*This is 28 minutes worth of Tabata training and 12min rest for a total of 40min.

Abigail! Look at that strong mom with one in childcare and one on the way. Abigail has brought nothing but smiles and positivity to CFHSV. She’s a smart thoughtful CrossFitter that takes care of herself and in doing so is taking care of her little one on the way. She ain’t scared to get swole on some bench press or anything else we throw at her. We always look forward to seeing Abigail and sharing stories and laughs. Keep it up sweet Abigail!

Abigail is such an awesome person and she confirms it daily. She’s kind, thoughtful, considerate and compassionate. Abigail! This picture speaks a thousand words. This is one strong and healthy mom doing everything in her power to have another strong and healthy baby! She is consistent in her training even though I’m sure there are days that it would be much easier to just stay home. However, Abigail comes in every day and modifies movements, whenever needed, to work best for her and that sweet little one on the way. She is one of the sweetest, kindest, most sincere people I’ve ever met and I’m so glad CFHSV is her home! Can’t wait to meet the newest edition!
