    Look at those two in their element. Jim and Dave thrive in a grind. Absolutely nothing keeps these two from getting it done. The only thing better than their drive and determination is the way they treat people in the gym. Jim and Dave are true jewels to have at CFHSV and they promote everything that’s good at CFHSV. Love this snowy pic and these studs consistent grind and presence.

    It wouldn’t be 8am Running & Endurance without these two studs! Rain or shine, sun or snow, Jim and Dave show up ready to roll and they don’t stop until the work is done. They are both truly amazing individuals who add so much to our CFHSV community. They are both kind, welcoming, encouraging, and positive. Truly proud to have both these men at CFHSV! 😁

    Two of a kind right there 😊 Both consistent in their health and wellness no matter what wod comes up… And Dave will always stop to provide encouragement through the end of a wod, while Jim always says something positive when we pass on the track. Appreciate both of these guys!

    Well, that did not go very well for me. 560 on the rower and scaled to nth degree… :-).
