For Time:
20 bodyweight deadlifts
20 over the bar/lateral burpees
rest exactly 1 minute
15 bodyweight deadlifts
15 over the bar/lateral burpees
rest exactly 1 minute
10 bodyweight deadlifts
10 over the bar/lateral burpees
rest exactly 3 minutes and strip weight, then
Max Reps Barbell Push Press 45/35 (bar can only rest locked out overhead, NOT in front rack position)
1st Score = total time to complete sprint WOD minus 2 minutes of rest
2nd Score = max reps push press
