WOD:
A. 5 sets of Power Clean Jerk Cluster 1.1.1
1 power clean to 1 hang clean (power or squat) to 1 jerk (split or push) E3MOM
B. 3 rounds of a 4 minute AMRAP of:
7 ground to overhead 155/105 (50 and over 115/80)
11 C2B pull-ups (50 and over chin over bar)
2 minute rest between rounds

This looks like a fun WOD. Looks like I am having to take some time off due to a shoulder that won’t heal. Hopefully only a week or two. So discouraging.

started at 135 and went up to 175 (where I missed the hang clean). Finished a round ro two at 155. WOD = 6 +2 scaled to 115 lbs. Wow what a hand, forearm, shoulder and back workout.
