Chase L for Lifts Heavy! Ol Chase has freakish strength and he hasn’t been lifting that long. No tellin where his numbers end up. This dude is easy going, polite and friendly, and always trying to improve his CrossFit game. He’s a great guy to talk and joke with or watch and cheer for as he throws big weight around.
Chase is too strong! Keep it up stud.
Oh yeah! Chase doing what he does best…lifting heavy weight and making it look easy! This guy is so strong he still seems to surprise himself most days with what he can do. He’s also worked super hard at other areas of his fitness and has got plenty of skills too. Always a pleasure to be around and always fun to watch him lift! Keep after it, Chase! ?
