    Young monster Cayden is flexing on everybody! Ol two chains himself putting up big weight. Cayden is a phenom that can do it all. He’s super laid back but he can GO. He also comes from a great family that’s been a part of CFHSV for a long time. I know they’re proud of Cayden and Naomi working hard. Keep showin out Cayden!

    Caden looking super strong and like the young stud that he is! This guy has been CrossFitting with us a long time, and it’s beyond awesome to watch him continue to grow into a stellar athlete. Caden has beautiful form and technique, and he can truly do it all. He’s laid back and easy going, but he also knows how to focus and dial it in when needed. And he’s got a great family who have all been a part of our CFHSV family for a long time. Keep after it, Caden! 😃

    A humbling WOD for me getting back into it. Did “Power Bar Amanda”. Last week was first week of doing Bar MUs in over a year. I used all 15 minutes, plus a second on my last snatch. Swapped back and forth with 135 and 115 throughout WOD.
