    I see ya Cressy! This young lady overcame a lot out of the gate at CFHSV and she hasn’t looked back. She’s got an awesome attitude and she’s not afraid of hard work. I’ve seen her push herself to the absolute limit on a daily WOD and it was spectacular! She’s sweet and mean and that’s the best kind of CrossFitter. Cressy got the right stuff which is probably why my man Cliff is such a stand up guy. Keep it up and stay the course Cressy! 😊

    Cressy looking composed and focused! This lady is so sweet and she’s been a total joy since joining. She’s stayed the course through some early ups and down, but through it all she’s worked incredibly hard and kept a positive attitude. I’m super impressed with the gains she’s already made, and can’t wait to see where her hard work continues to take her. Thanks for being a part of CFHSV, Cressy! You rock! ☺️
