    No one, and I mean no one, pushes themselves as hard as this dude does day in and day out. He’s a total animal and doesn’t let up until the last rep is complete. When it comes to CrossFit, Damian is the epitome of intensity. But as a person, he’s polite, friendly, and personable. His energy is infectious and it’s always entertaining to watch this guy throw down. Keep being awesome, Damian! 😃

    Damian! This pic shows what the pain cave looks like and Damian fighting hard to hold on for one more rep. This guy is TOUGH! He starts with a sprint and ends with a sprint! Love his intensity and ability to always hold on just a little longer than you think possible. He is always kind and always ready to throw down. Love watching him be the rabbit to chase as he runs through the parking lot… now don’t let them catch you!

    When I see that big ford back into a parking spot I know what time it is. My man Damian attacks WODs like he’ll never see another one, like every WOD is his last WOD. Damian shows up and checks out the board, he’s respectful and focused during the brief, gets all he can from the warm up, and he’s ready to attack! He works on his weaknesses even if it affects his ‘score’, sells out on his strengths, and reports scores that are scaled, rx+, modified, and rx…whatever it takes! Keep it up bro!
