spend 10 minutes working on progressions

B.  4 rounds for time of:

40 double-unders

10 deadlifts 185/125  RX+225/155  (55 and over  135/95)

400m run

20 Russian KBS 24kg/16kg RX+ 32kg/24kg  (55 and over 20kg/12kg)

C.  Handstand Walk Development:

spend 5-10 minutes working on handstand walk/progressions; handstand holds; shoulder taps; wall walks, tripod; etc.

    What can I say about Carrie that doesn’t already show through in this picture? I remember the day you bought that tank, after partnering in a wod at the beach… One tough lady to hang with, even on a vacation. Carrie has a way of making you into roadkill even when you’re on the same team. Keep killing it, Killer.

    Spent an hour on DUs today…. yesterday’s Pr of 28 linked just went to 40.

    I remember doing one of the open WODs by the bleachers near Carrie. All the spectators got to see both sides. They could see her demonstrate how it’s done correctly and then they could watch me struggle with what not to do.

    My beautiful wife Carrie, what can I say that hasn’t already been said? I’m sure this surprises no one, but she is a hard worker inside of the gym and outside. She puts her heart into everything she does. I’ve given up trying to keep up with her because, I already caught her. 😉
