B. Complete the following descending and ascending ladder couplet for time of:

Buy In: 20 HSPU or 5 wall walks   RX+ 4″/2″ deficit  (55 and over 20 hand release push-ups or 4″ rise HSPU)

20 pulls-ups  RX+ CTB / 4 shoulder to overhead 115/80  RX+ 155/105  (55 and over 95/65)

16 pull-ups / 6 shoulder to overhead

12 pull-ups / 8 shoulder to overhead

8 pull-ups / 10 shoulder to overhead

4 pull-ups / 12 shoulder to overhead
