B. Complete the following ascending and descending couplet for time of:

2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 pull ups

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 shoulder to overhead 155/105

 

CFHSV Running & Endurance WOD:

Buy in: AMRAP 2 minutes of 50 sit-ups then,

run 800m, 10 burpees,

run 400m, 20 pistols

100m forward walking lunges, 30 push-ups

100m backward walking lunges, 30 push-ups

run 400m, 20 burpees

run 800m, 10 pistols

cash out: 50 sit-ups

meet at Randolph track at 6pm
