Then, max WBS  20/14  10’/9′

Score= total WBS completed in the 6 minutes

6 minute AMRAP of:

Then, max hang power cleans  115/75   RX+ 135/95    (MRX 95/65)

    **Can’t believe I messed it up. Just got in the grind and did power cleans instead of Hang Power Clean.

    Trying real hard to stay slow, light and consistent to build and rehab the knee back to strength.
