WOD:

With a continuously running clock for best times:

0:00 – 4:00 – 2oom run to 7 SDHP to 200m run to 7 hang power snatch

4:00 – 10:00 – 11 SDHP to 400m run to 11 hang power snatch

10:00 – 14:00 – 200m run to 7 power snatch to 200m run to 7 hang power snatch

14:00 – 20:00 – 11 power snatch to 600m run to 11 hang power snatch

20:00 – 24:00 – 200m run to 7 SDHP to 200m run to 7 hang power snatch

At the 24:00 minute mark, complete the following for time:

11 SDHP

800m run

11 hang power snatch

Loads = RX  95/65       RX+  115/80       MRX  75/55

    Courtney, I still remember the first day you started at CFHSV. You rocked then and are still rocking today. Way to represent with great form and an even better can do attitude!

    Just for a test, was able to work through some Barbell Club Squat Snatch work. It was with bar and only 65lbs, but it is slowly coming back. Very slowly, but coming.
    WOD as RXd at 95lbs, but all Runs were done on the A bike equivalents 0.5km-0.5km; 1km; 0.5km-0.5km; 1.5km; 0.5km-0.5km; 2km
