    Michael A rocking out T2B and showing off his skills! Michael is an easy going, kind person who is friendly and personable. He’s worked incredibly hard and has made impressive gains in his fitness across the board. He’s inquisitive and engaging, and always encouraging to those around him. He’s dedicated to his health and fitness, and he’s definitely willing to put in the work. Keep killing it, Michael! 😄

    Michael A hangin on tight and kickin that bar. Michael is another in a long line of consistent CrossFitters that maintain their fitness while also making improvements along the way. He’s tough both mentally and physically and he always brings his hard-hat to the gym. He’s a great dad too and it’s been awesome having Gwen and James as regulars when their home from school. I’m always impressed with Michael’s work ethic and how he keeps it all in perspective. And don’t on that quiet demeanor of his fool ya cause he’s thrown me a few curveballs over the years that’ve had me Rollin. Keep grinding buddy

    Michael! I see you knocking out those T2B! This guy is consistent in his training and it shows. He is always attacking each WOD and giving his all. He also gets his kids in the gym with him any time he can and it’s always fun to watch the whole family throw down together! Michael keeps gaining skills because he has laid a solid foundation to build upon. Awesome guy and great athlete!
