I’m sitting at Dr. Cost’s office, and if he tells me I can’t do FGB because of my wrist I’m going to throw a chair through a window.

194 (PR by 46). Thanks to Penelope for counting reps and for pushing me during the wall ball shots.
I had hoped to break 200, but had issues with the wall ball from the start. Losing my breakfast during the third round slowed me down, too. Oh well. Next time!!

Also, this is for Katie G…Mallory from CrossFit San Diego says hello. She said you went to high school together. There was also a guy in the gym who went to high school with you, but I never caught his name. Small world!

Yes!! Mallory and I actually re-connected at the Atlanta fitness Challenge of all places in 2009. She worked out at B2B fitness I believe when she lived there. Michael Kreuger is the guy… SMALL WORLD!!
