Warm-up:
8 minutes of shoulder mobilization work
Then, 3 minutes of- 10 PVC pipe Overhead squats, 25 foot bear crawl, 5 kipping swings on the pull-up bar

Workout:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Chest to bar Pull-ups
10 Ring Dips
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

    The only thing I can think of when I look at this pic is “THIS IS SPARTAAAA!!”

    This is mostly due to the warrior bracelets that Patrick is wearing.

    OHS were rough today

    9 + 5 – 5reps each, 75# on OHS. ring dips sucked the life out of me even at 5 reps.

    Scaled reps on OHS to 9 per round. Everything else rx’d

    7+15 @45 lbs, reg KPUs, and whatever you call the scale for ring dips…I forgot the name of them 🙂

    wrists were miserably sore from last night’s WOD. It hurt just to hold a PVC pipe above my head.
