Then, 3 minutes of- 10 PVC pipe Overhead squats, 25 foot bear crawl, 5 kipping swings on the pull-up bar
Workout:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Chest to bar Pull-ups
10 Ring Dips
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps

9 + 5 – 5reps each, 75# on OHS. ring dips sucked the life out of me even at 5 reps.

wrists were miserably sore from last night’s WOD. It hurt just to hold a PVC pipe above my head.
