    Oh man! I absolutely LOVE these pictures! If you know Damian, you know he gives it his all every day, every WOD, no matter what. And if you don’t know his youngest Lulu, you are missing out! She is full of that same fire and has been killing it down at CF Kids! Although I’m missing everyone so much, it’s so awesome and inspiring seeing so many families staying healthy and fit together during these times. Hang in there CFHSV, and keep throwing down at home until we can all WOD together again!

    My man Damian and one of his stud girls Lulu going at it in the driveway. The family pics are so cool. The example being set and seen by the kiddos will be lifelong. Damian is dedicated in all he does and definitely brings the fire and I know that Lulu has the same fire in her belly. She gets that same fire from her stud Mom too. I know you’re throwing down too Sarah! Keep it up Carr family ☺️

    Well isn’t this the most perfect team! Two peas in a pod right here! Damian attacks WODs from the word “GO” and Lulu does the same! Love having her at CF Kids! She’s a natural athlete and she’s not scared to show a class full of boys how it’s done! Both of these athletes know how to turn it on and keep it on until the job is done! Great pic of this bad to the bone dad/daughter duo!

    That’s so great! Look at the height on Lulu’s box jump!

    Strength: Couldn’t ever get it together on the squat snatches this morning, so 6 sets, 5 reps OHS @65lbs

    WOD: 2 rds all run, scaled to kb sit-ups, 65lb thrusters, and 65lb OHS

      Nice job adjusting based on how ya felt today Regina. I felt the same way dude. And it’s awesome that you worked the overhead squat. I actually did that too! Great minds thinking alike today. Way to get it done today

    That was tough! Especially run in hilly neighborhood!!

    I was on 7th thruster at 30 min.

      Hills are RX+ for sure Clair! Half an hour grinding through a CrossFit WOD is first class stuff. You’re doing an awesome job Clair.

    Lulu and I were both upset when we heard we had another 2 weeks before we could come back. I’m thinking since the gym is closed to non-employees, we should all become employees (payments in gainz). We miss everyone and can’t wait to come back. Working out at the house just isn’t the same.

      These photos may be the best part of this mandatory hiatus for sure Jason. They’re all so inspiring. I like the doubling of the reps on the Strength buddy. Great score and job today dude

    For many years I celebrated my birthday with a long run of miles = years old (e.g. 36mi for 36th birthday). But as I got into my latter 40s that became untenable and not a lot of fun!
    So today I pulled a home version of the Filthy 48 instead…the suck was high but over much faster! 25:42 Rx out in the rain
