There aren’t enough good things I can say about this guy. Alex is a total stud of an athlete who is as humble and genuine as they come. He’s worked incredibly hard, doing things the right way, and it continues to pay off in so many ways. Always gracious in both victory and defeat, and always open to learning and bettering himself from those around him. So very proud to call this dude a CFHSV athlete and super excited to continue to watch his CrossFit journey!
He’s quiet and determined and knows what he wants. Alex goes about his business methodically and with a purpose. Alex has made incredible strides in a relatively short time. He’s strong as an ox, he can run like a deer, and now he’s got those nasty gymnastics dialed in…watch out CFHSV! Alex is also humble and approachable and that makes him an even better athlete. He’s got a genuine smile and laugh that you’ve gotta earn to see and hear. I’ve worked my ass off to get him to laugh a few time….took two years! Keep enjoying the grind dude
I’m not used to seeing Alex from the front like this because I usually spend the WOD trying to chase him down. Day after day I continue to be impressed by the athleticism and strength he has. This is only outdone by how genuinely nice of a person he is. Alex pushes us past our own limits to find strength we didn’t know we had, couldn’t ask for a better guy to train with.
