10 minutes to achieve a 1RM power clean

10 minutes to achieve a 1RM back squat

10 minutes to achieve a 1RM bench press

10 minutes to achieve a 1RM deadlift

*total must be done in the specified order and completed within the time frame*

Score = max of each lift AND total of all lifts

    First time doing the CF Football Total. Also, first Rx’d WOD in a while. Pr’d 1 lift couldn’t even match my 1RMs on the last three lifts.

    Yessss… so close to my arbitrary goal of 260 🙂 Tried it 3 times after the bell for fun, but couldn’t dig in.

    First time doing CF FB total, how have I missed every total we have done since I started? SO FUN.

    Everything was going well until I got to deadlift…

    Good job everyone!! Finally a WOD that felt “familiar”. Still getting used to timed 1rm. Wow, there’s so much wasted time in the traditional gyms. Everything was first time 1rm for me except bench so my PRs are deceiving
