  6. AP says:

    205PR/275/200PR/355 = 1,035

  7. Lightning Liotta says:

Great score AP. I was really wanting to join the “1000 Pound Club”.

    185PR-255-210-305 = 955

First time doing the CF Football Total. Also, first Rx’d WOD in a while. Pr’d 1 lift couldn’t even match my 1RMs on the last three lifts.

    Great coaching from Nate Dog.

  8. Courtney says:

    125-165PR-115-255PR = 660

Yessss… so close to my arbitrary goal of 260 🙂 Tried it 3 times after the bell for fun, but couldn’t dig in.

First time doing CF FB total, how have I missed every total we have done since I started? SO FUN.

  9. Stephanie O. says:

Also my first time doing CF FB Total. So fun!

    165-225PR-145PR-315 = 850

Could not catch Carrie (as usual!)

  10. Bradley says:

That’s the face of a dude who is going to lift some big weight today! Keep up the good work Ricky.

  11. George C says:

Awesome coaching and life lessons from Nathaniel this morning!

    215/265(PR)/235(PR)/365 == 1,080

  12. Eric says:

    265/410/365/475 -Total 1515

All I can say is CFHSV has some of the strongest athletes and coaches in the business.

  13. Mandee says:

    Power Clean: 185
    Back Squat: 255
    Bench Press: 160
    Deadlift: 270
    Total: 870
Everything was going well until I got to deadlift…
Lots of big lifts and big totals already today! Great job CFHSV! 🙂

    • Courtney says:

Mandee looks so sweet and innocent in this cute picture… then you see those huge numbers! Super strong!

  14. Nathaniel says:

Great work by everyone today on their lifts. Lots of effort and PRs across the board. Also a very fun class to coach, watch, and participate in. Get your mind right for lifting CFHSV!!!

    Power Clean – 270 (pr)

    Back Squat – 360

    Bench – 270

    Deadlift – 405

    CrossFit Football Total = 1305

  15. fleming says:

What a fun, old school day of heavy lifting! It was hectic though! Enjoyed seeing all the PRs and big lifts!
    160-195-125-270=750

  16. Kobra Kodi says:

    225 – 255 – 255 – 365 = 1100

Still nursing that groin, but I was pleasantly surprised with today’s outcome!

Great job everybody! CFHSV – Stronger Than Yesterday

  17. jamie cherrypicker says:

    185 (pr for power)-315-155(pr)-405(pr)

  18. fleming says:

Jamie that’s crazy impressive! Great job busting through 1000!

  19. steve price says:

  20. Bradley says:

  21. Kyle O says:

    360 PR / 470 PR / 380 PR / 525 PR

    1735 CrossFit Football Total

Now that’s what I call a workout. No burpees, no jump rope, and no running!

  22. Mimi says:

    Power clean: 125
    Back squat: 155 (PR)
    Bench: 90 (1st bench press in over a year! Didn’t push it…)
    DL: 195
    Total: 565
Had fun at 5:15 watching all the heavy lifters! Great 615 nutrition talk tonight also, Mandee!

  23. jamie cherrypicker says:

    Strong Steve!!

  24. Tim B says:

Good job everyone!! Finally a WOD that felt “familiar”. Still getting used to timed 1rm. Wow, there’s so much wasted time in the traditional gyms. Everything was first time 1rm for me except bench so my PRs are deceiving
    225pr – 305 pr – 305 – 405pr = 1240

  25. Justin says:

    245/385/325/495

    • Cam says:

Hate I missed you heavy hitters today. Thanks to Steve, Brent, and Zac for pushing me at 3:15.

      245pr, 325, 265, 425pr

      1260

  26. Mac says:

300/455/315/525 – not my day for PRs but always fun to be at CFHSV on heavy lifting days….great energy in the afternoon!
