8 squat cleans 155/105  RX+ 185/125  (55 and over 105/75)

20 pull-ups  RX+ chest to bar pull-ups

6 squat cleans 155/105  RX+ 185/125  (55 and over 105/75)

16 pull-ups  RX+ chest to bar pull-ups

4 squat cleans 155/105  RX+ 185/125  (55 and over 105/75)

12 pull-ups  RX+ chest to bar pull-ups

2 squat cleans 155/105  RX+ 185/125  (55 and over 105/75)
