6 Box Jumps 24/20″ 55+ Step-Ups Okay
7 Pull Ups
8 Toes to Bar
9 Wall Ball Shots 20/14 to 10′ 55+ 20/10 to 9′
10 Deadlifts 95/65 55+ 75/55
11 Hang Power Clean
12 Barbell Burpees
*You move through the workout using the same format as the song. Complete 1 Power Snatch, then 2 Thrusters and 1 Power Snatch, then 3 SDHP, 2 Thrusters and 1 Power Snatch. Time stops when you finish all 12 exercises.

Ol Slap Shot Scotty puttin in the work as usual. What a great addition to CFHSV. A natural athlete, hard worker, and always kind and polite to those around him. Scotty has made big gains in a short amount of time and it’s awesome to see. Keep it up dude!
Scotty is a top notch person who has been friendly, approachable and coachable since his 101. He’s been super consistent and patient with his training, taking the time to learn things correctly and build a solid foundation. And now he seems to be getting stronger, fitter and more skilled by the day. Keep after it, Scotty! ?
