    I see ya Shana! This young lady knew what she wanted to accomplish when she walked through the door and she hasn’t backed off or skipped a beat. Shana shows up anytime from 5am to 6:15pm. She’s gonna get her work in. Shana is pleasant but can crack a joke and she always has a kind word for the coaches and those around her. Keep putting in the work stud! 😊

      Let me just brush my shoulders off real quick haha!! Kidding! Coming into CrossFit last year was the scariest thing ever but all of the coaches there are humble, kind, welcoming, and so supportive that it made it a little less scary. THANK ALL OF YOU for welcoming myself as well as Gracie into the CrossFit world! It’s hard but so rewarding every day!

    Shana looking good with a beautiful front rack position! This lady is hard working, motivated and as consistent as can be. She’s found her groove and she has been killing it with consistency and a strong work ethic. Shana is incredibly kind, friendly, and always a joy to be around, too. Keep showing out Shana, and keep setting the example for your sweet daughter!

    Shana! Showing everyone exactly what that front rack position is supposed to look like! She is focused and consistent! Since walking through the door she has proven to be patient, coachable and she knows herself as an athlete. Shana has made steady gains and she’s had an awesome attitude while doing it! She always has a smile and kind words for us coaches and those around her. So glad she found us and I’m super excited to watch her keep making those gains!
