A. In 12 minutes, build up to a 1RM snatch
rest 3 minutes
B. In 12 minutes, build up to a 1RM clean & jerk
C. 12 minute AMRAP of:
3 snatch 135/105 (55 and over 95/65)
6 clean & jerk 135/105 (55 and over 95/65)
9 chest to bar pull-ups (55 and over regular pull-ups)
54 double unders

B. 235, this one I was happy with but it too could use some tightening up because it wasn’t pretty
C. 4+16 or 304 reps, this was a big improvement compared to when I competed in the CrossFit Liftoff earlier and scored 3+33 or 248 reps!

100 ft. Handstand walk. It took me 8 attempts to walk the length of the rig.
165-tried 175 about 7 times. Ha
225-cleaned 235 four times but could not jerk. Ha
4+6rx butterfly c2b. Ha. Maybe the first round. After that it was hang on for dear life.
