    Look at Jeremiah cruisin. You gotta keep your head on a swivel cause you never know when he’s gonna show up. Jeremiah throws down in open gym or any class he wants. The point is, he gets it done. Jeremiah has been fit and in the fitness game a long time. He’s logged a lot of miles with that studly run and he ain’t afraid of obstacles, weights, or some gymnastics too. He’s CrossFit and so is his lovely family. Keep cruisin dude!

    Jeremiah looking too cool 😎 This dude is all engine, all of the time. He’s a well-rounded and well-balanced athlete with years of fitness under his belt. He trains hard and smart and prioritizes health and fitness even amidst a busy life. He’s got a great family full of CrossFit studs, too! Way to work, Jeremiah! 😄

    Jeremiah! You would never know how hot that pavement is by how cool this guy looks! He was making that tough run look easy. Awesome guy with an awesome family. So glad to have Bailey back at CrossFit Kids! She’s following right in the footprints of mom and dad and they do an amazing job of setting the example. These are the people who make CFHSV what it is and I’m so glad I get to be a part of their health and fitness!
