David showing off that strength while looking focused and determined amidst a tough WOD. I said it once but I’ll say it again — this dude is strong! He’s really taken to CrossFit and works hard to improve all areas of his fitness. He’s not afraid to go deep in the pain cave, and he always shows out when it’s time to keep your head down and just work. He’s a 5am guy who is friendly and likable anytime of the day. Keep working hard, David! 😁
We got another one. David doin his thing. Check out the free gun show too, with that bicep supporting that wallball. David is a heck of an athlete and strong as the day is long. And this dude knows how to push himself. He also handles himself with class at all times and that can be difficult with some of the trouble makers that set up close to him in the 5am. He’s been flirting with the afternoon classes this week and despite the foreign elements of a massive heat wave he has shown out and represented the 5am to the fullest. You bad dude!

It was eye opening to see how CJ conducts himself in a WOD. And it was an honor to ride his coattails
My pleasure, dog. The constantly varied functional movements were on the board and you brought the intensity. Now, let’s enjoy this rest day.

David m looking strong on a tough carry! He is one strong dude who always has a great attitude. Keep up the great work David!
David!! Looking tough and making that carry look easy! This guy is SO strong! It’s been fun to watch him gain skills that really allow him to show off his strength. He’s been steady and consistent since walking through the door and he never backs down from a challenge. He is coachable and improves his game daily! Keep it up, David!
71 Calorie Row (on my own)
8+26 rx (ran all rounds but rowed in the last round because I knew I couldn’t complete the run with the remaining time)
David is so strong, he should have had to carry a 3rd thing. That dude has been putting in the work, and it is paying off. Keep it up stud!
