Sarah B rowing that boat like she means it. Sarah knows how to light up the 6am with her high steppin shenanigans. She’s one of the few that can wonder around in the back of the gym with the rough heads and not catch any heat. Sarah is a well rounded CrossFitter despite what she’ll tell ya. She’s witty and self deprecating but she’s a hard worker when it comes to anything she’s involved in. She’s a great person AND a great CrossFitter. Keep reppin girlfriend 😊

She’s usually got a funny story to share, and her delivery only enhances the humor. She’s a hard worker who is motivated and driven both in and out of the gym.
