    Rick B for Black Coffee is as good as it gets. This guy is so kind and polite but he’s funny and personable too. It’s always good to see him in class. Rick strolls in as smooth as the coffee he’s drinking and flashes a Hollywood smile before getting down to business. He’s true to his health and fitness and we’re proud that he chose CFHSV.     Well that WOD was awful. Just awful. I think summer is officially here…and I was not mentally prepared for all the sweat.

    42 RX and I was shocked I got that many. Those stupid burpees on round one went so SLOW!
