    Get outa here with that pic. Who does this guys think he is? Mac, this is aggressive and cocky to send us this photo of yourself and ask us to post it. None the less, we obliged. Mac ain’t near as mean as this photo makes him look but he’s every bit the bad ass this photo shows. Believe it or not he’s old school and can be the top dog any time he wants. Keep Rollin brother!

    Come on! Does it get any cooler than this dude?! Mac is the man and you can tell from a mile away. He’s a stud athlete, a devoted husband and father, and a great friend. He’s as strong as an ox, can do all the skills, and he’s got the experience to out wit any WOD. He’s always kind and friendly, and he’s got a great balance of motivation and perspective. One of the many friendships I’ll always be grateful to have made through CrossFit! ☺️

    Shout out to the 12 individuals who qualified to the Quarter Finals from the Open. CFHSV has a lot of studs and there’s 12 of them that’ll be throwin down this weekend. They’ve all worked hard and put in extra work before and after class for a long time. Congrats you 12 on representing yourselves and your home Box. We’re super excited for y’all and proud to have you all at CFHSV. Let’s get ready to throw down CFHSV style this weekend!!

    Mac! Making the WOD look like a walk through the park! Can’t find a nicer guy then this one! Awesome athlete, dad and person! He’s been doing this CrossFit thing for quite some time now and he still shows up and shows out. Always has a kind word for those around him and it’s always fun to watch him and Haley throwing down in the same class! Glad to have this whole family at CFHSV!

    Also, congrats to all the individuals who made it to quarterfinals that begin tomorrow! I can’t wait to watch everyone sell out! It’s such an honor to make it and I know each and every one of you will bring your A game for the next four days. Way to represent yourself and CFHSV… Proud of all involved!
