    Haley performing one of the more difficult movements we’ve got in CrossFit and doing it well. Haley is one skilled athlete whether it’s gymnastics or moving the barbell. She always makes it look good. Haley has advanced and grown in her performance and ability as a CrossFitter over the years but more importantly she has grown in her wisdom. She’s in it for the long haul and she knows when to push it and when to dial it back. She’s also got good balance between fitness, friends, and fun. She’s always with a friend or more and you can always hear her laugh at some point during her hour at the gym. You rock young lady 😊

    Haley showing off those skills and showing out on a tough WOD! This lady is fun, funny and full of laughs, but don’t let that fool you. She’s a CrossFitter through and through who can do it all and makes it look easy. She’s a gymnastics guru, doesn’t mind a little pain, and she can drop under a barbell faster and lower than just about anyone I know. A great person who’s part of a wonderful family who we are so proud to have at CFHSV. Keep it up, Haley! 🤗

    Inside and out, she is the strongest! She also has an engine I can’t keep up with and gymnastics skills I hope to have one day. Haley and I met at CFHSV and have been throwing down together for 9 years and it’s been an awesome journey. Love you Haley Boo 🙃
