They’ve been a part of just about every phase of CFHSV over the years and have always been supportive and positive to both the coaches and athletes alike. So glad this woman calls CFHSV home. Not much more I can say. It’s all true and right on. Carson grinds out WODs, throws out jokes and truth bombs, looks out for those around her, and makes CFHSV a better place. And she’s been doing it forever. Carson and her main squeeze Brady are special people with a unique and genuine brand all their own.
