    You keep something that deadly in isolation (quarantine), if it gets out it will kill every WOD in it’s path.

    That’s The Wizard of WODs right there. David has been doing this longer than most and understands CrossFit on every level. He’s been offered a fulltime coaching position more times than I can remember but he feels the timing isn’t right relative to his current job as a Doctor. We’ve agreed to disagree. McBillion is CFHSV inside and out. Keep rockin homeboy
