WOD:
A. Spend 10 minutes building up on deadlift and working technique on HSPU
B. With a continuously running clock complete 6 rounds of the following with a 2 minute rest after each 2 rounds:
9 HSPU or 9 strict hand-release push-ups
10 deadlifts 275/185 or 225/155
11 burpee box jumps 24″/20″
(subtract 4 minutes from final time for score)

I kept moving all the way to showers… everyone worked hard at 0700 its was a nice visit. Great coaching Nate.
20:49 Rx’ed. 225#, did a 2-3 strict HSPU at beginning of each round but no way could keep that going, so HRPU to finish. And dang I really don’t like burpee box-jumps…
